Fun show the other night with Ban Vanai and The Good Flame. The former had some truly headmelting spacerock, and the latter was (and is) the most offensive band in all of Christendom. Performance art of the highest magnitude, and God bless them for doing it, but my attorney has advised me to never actually go on record as endorsing them, so I'm going to have to leave it at that.

Although they are f-ing geniuses. And even though they're based out of Portland, they've somehow managed to get locked in mortal verbal combat with a number of Australians and some of the biggest names in right wing political blogging.
