Slow news day...

Hey all. Looks like a slow day on the music news front, and if anything it's that wierd time when there's not a lot going on besides shopping and some really great television. Wanted to share two thoughts with you today. The first is that I almost got my sticky hands on an XBOX 360 today, which involved calling the target right by my work, finding out they had 3 at 8:01 a.m., running my (ill) ass off 4 blocks to get there, getting there at 8:05 and finding the last one being given to a grandmother who I swear to all that's holy saying "Great, I'm selling this on eBay to pay for a new grill." I almost started something.

The second thought of the day I discovered via BoingBoing, and that's a mashup of Queen and 50-Cent called "Q-Unit" It's free (for a limited time I'm sure) so get it while it's hot. Even if you don't like hip-hop, if you're a Queen fan (and who isn't?) this one will bring out a chuckle or two.

In band news Dave & I were finally able to lay down the ground work for the secret project. I have yet to post-process our work (mostly due to another computer death), but all hope is not lost. More on that in the future...muh hahah.
