The Weekend Looms


Not a whole lot to say today, other than happy post valentine's day to everybody. To those of you who had people to swoon over/buy things for/snuggle with/etc., well done. To the rest of you, hopefully it wasn't too depressing. My co-worker's wife apparently doesn't like the concept of Valentine's Day because of its commercial roots. I agree with that, but it's also nice every once in a while to have a day dedicated to doing something special for somebody who (hopefully) isn't related to you.

Enough of that. We here tend not to endorse things (unless they're cool) and in this case, it's worth mentioning you can pick up a re-furbished 512mb iPod shuffle from Apple for $54 shipped including taxes... What does this have to do with anything you ask? Well, that's enough room to put every SWLLC album (EVER) and still have room for a bunch of other stuff. I picked up 2, one for me & my girly and we've both been enjoying them thoroughly. That and a 512 shuffle used to run you $99 + tax, which puts the ~$50 pricepoint in a very nice place.
